Description: Description: Okanagan Christian School is a K-12 institution that has served the Kelowna area for well over a hundred years. It is committed to providing exceptional student-centered Christian education to the community of the Okanagan region. It is one of the most beautiful areas that BC has to offer. OCS is looking for an administrator with vision and a passion to be both an effective and team oriented leader.

Experience: Qualifications: Active member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Canadian citizen or eligible to obtain legal status to work in Canada. Possesses an undergraduate degree in Education from a North American accredited university and eligible for BC certification. A Master's degree and experience in administration is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills: Lead and model excellence in teaching. Build relationships with all stakeholders of the school and direct these groups to enhance the school's vision. Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with staff, students, board, and conference. A strong spiritual leader that will foster the spiritual growth of the school.

The duties mentioned above are important to continue the vision and ministry in this region. This is a full time administration role with some teaching requirements that will be catered for the candidates strengths in their area of expertise.
